How to Set up your workspace with your teammates?

In this article, we will guide you through the process of inviting your team members to the workspace, allowing for seamless collaboration and contribution to your projects. The users you invite will have access to all private files within the workspace.



Step 1: Login to Exemplary AI

After logging into your account, navigate to the top right corner of the interface and click on the dropdown menu. Select the "Workspace Settings" button to proceed to the section where you can invite team members to your workspace.

Step 2: Invite Team Members

In the workspace settings, you will find an option labeled "Add email to invite." Simply enter the email address of the person you want to invite and click on the "Invite" button. The invitee will receive an invitation to access the workspace, allowing them to collaborate with your team.



Invite Multiple Team Members:

You can invite multiple teammates to your workspace, and you can also be invited to multiple workspaces. The number of workspaces you join or no. of teammates you can invite is depends on your plan. To invite multiple team members, simply repeat the process of entering their email addresses and sending invitations.


Step 3: Edit Workspace Name

  • You can customize the name of your workspace to better reflect your project or team.

  • To do this, select the current workspace name, edit it to your desired name, and save the changes. This helps keep your workspace organized and easily identifiable

Step 5: Switch Workspaces

After inviting team members, they can easily switch between different workspaces by clicking on the "Switch Workspace" dropdown in the top right corner. By selecting the desired workspace, users can seamlessly switch between projects or teams without any hassle.


Once your team members have joined the workspace, you can manage collaboration effectively within the workspace. This ensures that everyone is clear about their responsibilities and can contribute effectively to the project.
